Today we went to Claire's birthday party just past Alki beach. The tidepools were spectacular! Mason held an eel, a crab, a seastar, and many other unsuspecting creatures. He was absolutely in heaven, not looking up from the pools for an hour. Afterwards we walked across the street to the park for a picnic. This party was so perfect for him, I kind of wish we had thought of it! He was just entranced by all of the little creatures. Very fun!
