The princess game is all Laney wants to play these days. More beads, more dresses, high heels. She can't get enough!

Happy New Year!

We decided that we should make sledding a New Year's Day tradition. Although it's dry and 50 at home; it was snowing like crazy up at the pass (25 min away). Talbott family fun!

Baking for Christmas

Today we made three dozen cookies for truckers driving through North Bend during this holiday season. These guys and gals are out on the road and need a little seasonal cheer. All three Talbotts dove into decorating, baking, and delivering our offerings. It was a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon!

Expeditors' Christmas Party

We can actually get dressed up every once in awhile. We spent the night at the Sheraton downtown where my office Christmas party was. It was great to introduce Luke to all of my new work colleagues- and we enjoyed the food and dancing too!
